2016-2017 Admissions Information

Class Plan

ISK will open 22 classes from Foundation to Year 9 with the capacity of 473 students.
Children who are turning 3 years old and older based on September 1st, 2016 can apply for the admissions.

Admission Schedule

1st Round : Current Students and their Siblings

Current (Continuing) students and their siblings are considered Priority Group1 and will be first offered admissions in March, 2016. To confirm their acceptance of the offer of admissions, each student must pay the Administration Fee of USD 2,500 as a deposit. This fee is non-refundable and will be credited to the school fees invoice later. Please note the deposit will hold their seats until July 22nd, 2016 which is the due date of school fees of 2016-2017 School Year.

● Offers of admission will be made on March 23rd with the Deposit invoices due by April 15th.
● School Fees invoices will be issued on June 1st to those who have confirmed their acceptance of the admissions offer by settling the
   deposit. School Fees due date is July 22nd.

2nd Round : New Students 

After processing the 1st round of admissions for current students and their siblings, available spaces will be offered to applicants following the admission priority policy of the school. To confirm their acceptance of the offer of admissions, each student must pay the Administration Fee of USD 2,500 as a deposit. This fee is non-refundable and will be credited to the school fees invoice later. Please note the deposit will hold their seats until July 22nd, 2016 which is the due date of school fees of 2016-2017 School Year.

● Offers of admission will be made on April 20th with the deposit invoices due by May 13th.
● School Fees invoices will be issued on June 1st to those who have confirmed their acceptance of the admissions offer by settling the
   deposit. School Fees due date is July 22nd.

3rd Round : Additional New Students

When students admitted in the 1st and 2nd round of admissions cancel their enrollment, those seats will be offered to other applicants on a rolling basis until August 24th.

● Offers of admission will be made from May 18th onwards with the deposit invoices due by June 1st.
● School Fees invoices will be issued on June 3rd to those who have confirmed their acceptance of the admissions offer by settling the
   deposit. School Fees due date is July 22nd.

Mid-Year Entry Admissions

Places that become available when current students withdraw from ISK can be offered to new students. Mid-Year Entry admissions students can start every first school day of the month and their school fees must be paid 10 calendar days before their start date. If a sibling of a Mid-Year Entry student is on the waiting list, but not admitted during the current school year, he or she will be accepted for the next school year.

School Fees

Students’ school fees are to be paid once a year. Parents can also pay their child(ren)’s Tuition Fees in two installments at no additional cost if they start before February 1st, 2017 which is the half term of the school days.

   payable for each child.
*School meals will be provided in the 2016-2017 school year.
New Students

* Capital & Enrollment Fee : One time fee for New Students.
* School meals will be provided in the 2016-2017 school year.
Those who would like to pay their child’s tuition fees in more than two installments should contact our accounting team at accounting@iskoje.org for inquiries. There will be additional handling charges occurred per installment.

Mid-Year Entry School Fees Schedule : For New Students

For those who start school in mid-year, tuition will be discounted and school meal fees will be prorated. All other fees must be paid in full. Please refer to the discounted tuition fees below.

School Withdrawal Refund Schedule

In case that your child needs to withdraw from ISK, please kindly contact our admission team 30 days in advance. Refund will be made via bank transfer in Korean Won within 30 days from the withdrawal date. Please kindly note that only your child’s tuition fee is refundable. Other mandatory fees on the school fees invoice are non-refundable and non-discountable.   

The refund for your child’s tuition fee is based on his/her Month of withdrawal from ISK. For instance, if a student’s last day of attendance at ISK(his/her date of withdrawal) is November 10th ,he/she can get a refund for the tuition fees from December. 

For reasons other than withdrawal, no refund of school fees will be made.
