Cooking Class (ASA)

Last Thursday in the Cooking Club, students prepared a two-part meal: bean and corn quesadillas and fresh tomato salsa.


Throughout the activity, students worked collaboratively by sharing roles and managing their time effectively. They engaged in various food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, rinsing ingredients, squeezing fresh limes, and accurately measuring spices.


In addition, students learned how to use the newly purchased food processors to prepare the salsa. We look forward to incorporating these tools into a variety of future cooking activities.
