Cooking Club: Fried Rice

This week in the Cooking Club, students whipped up an easy week-night staple: fried rice! There's no better way to use up leftover rice than tossing it in a hot pan with some stir-fried vegetables and eggs.

The students demonstrated excellent chopping skills to prepare the vegetables and layered lots of complex flavor with the addition of fried onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil and seeds.
