Smooth Sailing for the Snails!

The Snails class in Early Years enjoyed a brilliant school trip this week to the Geoje Shipbuilding Marine Cultural Center. The children had an exciting day exploring displays about ships, the sea, and life on the water. The museum features models of ships, maritime artefacts, and interactive exhibits that help visitors learn about Korea’s shipbuilding history and ocean culture. 

Our Snails were full of curiosity as they looked around the exhibits and talked about what they could see. Trips like this are a fantastic way for children to connect classroom learning with real- world experiences while developing curiosity about the world around them.

They behaved really well and represented AIS admirably out in the school community. There’s so much to do here on Geoje island and it’s great that our students can make these curricular links in a fun and meaningful way. Thank you Ms. Bruna for organisnig this!
